ETS tests and related test materials, publications, reports and other materials in all forms of media are copyrighted. Follow the instructions below to request the permission necessary for you to reproduce ETS copyrighted material. Permissions are only granted in writing. Verbal grants of permission are not considered binding.

All requests to license/reproduce ETS copyrighted materials must be submitted to the Office of General Counsel by completing the Permissions Request Form (PDF) and emailing it to permissions@ets.org.

If permission is granted, prior to the release of licensed materials, you are required to accept the terms and conditions set forth in the ETS license agreement.

The term "TOEIC" is a registered trademark of ETS. If you use this term in connection with your materials, a pre-review of your publication cover(s) is required in advance of distribution. Any questions concerning the usage of the term "TOEIC" (e.g., title) in connection with your work should be submitted to trademarks@ets.org.

No promotional use may be made of the name ETS. In addition, no promotional reference can be made as to the inclusion of the actual TOEIC questions. The credit line and disclaimer statement, which is provided by ETS, must be included in all third-party materials. If materials are presented in a language other than English, the credit line and disclaimer statement(s) must appear in English as well as the country's language. Test questions and directions may not be translated.

There are territory restrictions for the use and sale of TOEIC materials; exporting out of the licensed territory is strictly prohibited. Permissions are granted on a case-by-case (country-by-country) basis.

ETS does not grant permission to post TOEIC materials on unsecure third-party websites; however, we invite you to link to our website at www.ets.org/toeic.

Use of ETS trademarks in connection with internet/www addresses: ETS strictly prohibits the use of its trademarks in connection with the internet or World Wide Web domain addresses.

Reproduction of the ETS and/or TOEIC logo is not permitted.

ETS reserves the right to amend this policy without notice.
